1. This comprehensive pipeline planning basically meets the depth requirements of pipeline planning.

Second, the comprehensive management of construction drawings is suggested to be improved according to the following opinions.

1. Indicate the municipal pipeline of each pipeline access point.

2. It is suggested to set up outdoor fire hydrants to ensure outdoor fire water.

3. In order to prevent pipelines from being cut by residents, strong and weak electric pipelines should not be scattered when entering the house, and other pipelines can also avoid occupying too much courtyard area by setting more branch pipes.

4. The rainwater pipeline adjacent to the invisible reservoir should be connected to the invisible reservoir and then discharged into the inland river.

5. A solid manhole cover is easy to be crushed by vehicles, so don't put it under the roadway. The remaining weak current, water supply, gas, street lamps and other pipelines shall be set on both sides of the road as far as possible.

6. The main gas pipeline should be laid along the road, and warning signs should be set at the same time.

20 12 at 3pm on July 2nd, the air conditioning piping coordination meeting of Xueyuan Community was held in the conference room of the Ministry of Infrastructure. Relevant persons in charge of China Machinery International Engineering Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Machinery Institute Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Shanghai Waigaoqiao Property Co., Ltd., Hunan Industrial Equipment Installation Company, Yueyang Building District Construction Corporation, Infrastructure Department and other units attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Director Qu Shu. At the meeting, the indoor location of air conditioners and hot water pipes, the installation of instruments, the installation of electric two-way valves for fan coils, whether indoor pipes can pass through beams and columns, the foundation treatment of backfill soil in the main trench of air conditioners, the design load of trench crossing the cover plate and other issues were discussed in detail, and the following opinions were finally formed:

Shenzhen Machinery Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. believes that structural safety should be ensured, and it is not allowed to destroy beams and columns or open holes in them during pipeline installation. However, considering the special circumstances of Building 7 1 and Building 72, it is allowed to mechanically open two holes with a diameter of not more than 75mm on the main beam 600mm high from the center of the living room beam (at the beam height 1/2), and the clear distance between the holes is not less than 200 mm.

2. The position of the A plane of the main air conditioner is changed from the inside of the balcony to the outside, and the position of the B plane is changed from the B-8 axis to the B-4 axis and the B- 12 axis. The air conditioner panel in the master bedroom enters the inside of the balcony from the outside. The position of hot water pipe is changed from the original position along the natural gas pipeline on the kitchen side to the outdoor pipeline.

3. Please ask the design institute to design and explain the indoor air conditioning drawings in detail, especially the quality and installation requirements of the electric two-way valve that has an impact on air conditioning measurement, so that the property company can inform the owner in writing.

4. Please ask Hunan Industrial Equipment Installation Company to be familiar with the drawings as soon as possible, and reflect the problems according to the site conditions so as to enter the site as soon as possible. It is suggested to construct indoor pipelines first, and then outdoor pipelines.

5. The design of air conditioner and hot water meter should be further refined to meet the requirements of site size and beauty.

6. There are four requirements put forward by the design institute in the engineering contact list submitted by Yueyang Tower Company. After the construction unit makes a budget, it will be determined by the school leaders.

Meeting contents:

This meeting is clear:

1. All pipelines within the scope of this station shall be cut over before August 15.

2. At present, it is in the high temperature season, and the water, electricity and coal pipelines meet the relevant regulations.

3. If external coordination such as road excavation is involved, please raise it as soon as possible and apply to relevant departments.

4. Every Wednesday at 2: 00 pm, the pipeline coordination meeting will be held in the on-site conference room, and the municipal construction unit will be the convening unit to facilitate the coordination and communication during the construction.

At present, the construction progress of various pipeline professional companies:

1. power piping: the power well in the north area of the station has been completed and has piping conditions. After the completion of the post-pouring strip roof of the station, the pipe laying has been completed from south to north, and the pipe laying has been completed at the end of June.

2. Telecom: If the construction is successful, the construction can be completed in two weeks, and it is planned to enter the site at the end of June. Because the original well site is under the quasi-sea road, it may be necessary to partially close the road during construction. Please ask the construction unit to put forward the construction plan as soon as possible after finding out the well location.

3. Water supply and drainage: The water supply pipeline is basically in the paddock, and the construction plan can be completed in 5~6 days. The east side is scheduled to enter the site on July 10. When Φ 500 water supply pipe is connected with the old pipe, it is necessary to move the urban construction gate and cooperate with the tunnel company, and the cut-over can be completed at the end of July.

4. Gas transmission pipeline: it is planned to enter the site on July 10, and the cutover is planned to be completed on August 10, with three gas fields.

When branching pipes, find out the position.

5. Municipal sewer: It is planned to enter the site on July 2, and the drainage pipe is planned to be completed before July.
