According to Article 90 of the Property Law, the owner of real estate shall not abandon solid waste or discharge harmful substances such as air pollutants, water pollutants, noise, light and electromagnetic wave radiation in violation of state regulations. If the noise nuisance reaches a certain decibel, you can refer to this law, and the court will order you to go upstairs to stop the noise infringement.

The noise generated by residents' indoor decoration belongs to the noise pollution of social life and is supervised by the public security department. However, in the actual operation process, due to various factors, it is more troublesome for the public security department to supervise. At present, considering the convenience of management, such noise complaints are mainly solved by property companies, but property companies can only supervise and have no law enforcement power.
