The application for the certificate of property manager is as follows:

The registration place for the property manager exam is: the local Ministry of Construction or relevant training institutions. To apply for a property manager, you need to pay training fees and registration fees. After the training time meets the requirements, you can take the property manager exam. Candidates who pass the exam can get a certificate.

1. Registration for the property manager exam is conducted at the local Ministry of Construction or relevant training institutions. You should bring your ID card, education certificate and other application materials when you register, and fill in your personal information truthfully on the registration form.

2. Candidates who participate in the study and training need to receive training from relevant local educational institutions, reach the standard hours of study and obtain a certificate of completion. The training fee shall be paid together with the registration fee.

3. Candidates who take the exam need to get the admission ticket according to the contents of the notice, and take the exam at the designated place within the specified time according to the information on the admission ticket. Candidates who meet one of the following specific conditions can apply for a property manager:
