How is it that the water heater leaks electricity and the leakage protector does not trip?

The leak is broken, and the longer it takes, the easier it is to break. Unless you are a professional electrician, few people will check the leakage regularly.

If you carefully check the missing protection, you will find that there are test buttons (generally marked with T) and trip reset buttons (which will pop up when tripping) on the panel.

Under normal circumstances, it is required to detect the missing warranty once a month. Press the test button when the power is on, otherwise the warranty will be broken.

After tripping, the trip reset button will jump up. If you don't press the reset button, the leakage protection can't be pushed up. If you don't press the reset button, you can still push it up, indicating that the leakage protection trip is invalid and a fault is about to occur. Replace it as soon as possible.
