Close the house and restrain the steps:

1, close the gate valve

Test the water pressure before closing the house, and close the gate valve behind the water meter and the main valve of the heating household to avoid damaging the water meter when pressing.

Step 2 spray water

When pressing, the end of the pressure test pipe should be sealed, and then slowly inject water. At the same time, the gas in the pipeline can be exhausted. When the water is full, check the seal to ensure that there is no water seepage at the plug and joint. If the water meter valve and household master valve leak, it is easy to have pressure drop and inaccurate pressure.

3. Pressure test

Generally, we use manual pump and electric pump to pressurize, and the pressurization time should not be less than 10 minute, and it should be carried out slowly. After reaching the specified pressure of 8, you can stop pressurizing and continue to observe whether there is water seepage in various parts.

4, pressing qualified

After the water pressure is stabilized, if the pressure does not drop by 0.05MPa within half an hour, it is considered as qualified water pressure. At this time, all the original records can be made and signed for confirmation.
