Article 3 Communication facilities belong to strategic public infrastructure and are protected by law. No organization or individual may illegally prevent or hinder the construction, maintenance and management of communication facilities, and may not destroy communication facilities.

Article 22 If the construction of communication facilities does not change the ownership and use nature of land and buildings (structures) within its land use scope, relevant organizations or individuals shall provide convenience for the use of land and buildings by communication facilities.
