1. During the lease period, if Party B sublets the factory building, it shall obtain the written consent of Party A in advance. If the factory is subletted without authorization, Party A will not withdraw the lease.

2. After the lease expires, the house shall be returned to normal use.

Seven. Other agreements

1. During the lease period, Party A and Party B shall abide by national laws and regulations and shall not use the property for illegal activities.

2. During the lease period, Party A has the right to urge and assist Party B to do a good job in fire control, safety and hygiene.

3. During the lease period, if this contract cannot be performed due to irresistible reasons such as state expropriation, both parties shall not be responsible for each other.
