2. During the lease period, Party A has the right to urge and assist Party B to do a good job in fire control, safety and hygiene.
3. During the lease period, if this contract cannot be performed due to irresistible reasons such as state expropriation, both parties shall not be responsible for each other. Party A shall return the unexpired lease fee to Party B, and pay compensation, subsidies and relocation expenses to Party B for the facilities and equipment installed by Party B at its own expense.
