Legal analysis: the object of legal relationship refers to the object of rights and obligations of the subject of legal relationship, including things, behaviors and intangible wealth. In the legal relationship of property management, "property" refers to the property, that is, the building itself, ancillary equipment, public facilities and related venues. "Behavior" refers to the activities of all parties, owners, developers, property management enterprises and government departments in property management.
