Based on the characteristics of oilfield property enterprises and the present situation of employees' work, this paper analyzes how to improve the post responsibility of employees in oilfield property enterprises from the aspects of cultivating their work responsibility, advocating positive corporate culture to enhance their work responsibility, and exerting the positive influence of the external environment of property enterprises on enhancing their work responsibility.
