Afforestation is an important link to beautify the living environment, improve the livability index and promote the sustainable development of social economy. Recently, in strict accordance with the deployment requirements of the town party committee and government, our general party branch in Han Zhuang took afforestation and greening as a political task, and completed the planting of more than 2,000 willow trees on both sides of the wetland road in Qixing Lake, raising more than 20 million yuan to complete the greening of Jingxi Road to the wetland road and planting more than 2,000 cedar trees. Cedar Greening Corridor on West Road was built, Qianquan and Houquan villages successfully established provincial-level greening demonstration villages, and the greening of Qianhan, Houhan, Haotun and Dongzhuang villages successfully passed the acceptance of municipal civilized ecological villages. In strict accordance with the deployment requirements of this meeting, the General Party Branch of Han Zhuang will further raise awareness, intensify work, strengthen measures, and make every effort to fight a tough battle to ensure the successful completion of the afforestation objectives and tasks this spring.

First, grasp the farming season, aim at the target and vigorously promote afforestation this spring.

Spring is the golden season for afforestation. We will accurately grasp the busy farming season, strictly follow the overall urban greening plan, and complete the greening work within the specified time. Seven-star Lake wetland and the third phase of wetland construction, and invest 1 10,000 yuan to build new landscape pavilions and landscape belts to enhance the ornamental effect of wetlands; Complete the river greening of Hecheng River; Optimize the external environment for greening the construction of the Wohe Bridge to ensure the overall landscape effect after the bridge is completed and opened to traffic; Replanting the missing and dead seedlings on both sides of Jingxi Road; Complete the greening construction of farmland forest network and village greening, and realize the work goal that there must be a network in the field, trees in the road, forests in the village and shade in the river.

Two, scientific planning, get up the enthusiasm, quickly set off the climax of afforestation.

Further unify thinking, raise awareness, create a great momentum of greening, take afforestation in spring as a breakthrough, improve the wetland landscape construction, west road beautification, village greening, channel greening and farmland forest network project of Qixing Lake, fully complete the task of planting trees and replanting, and meet the requirements of the town party Committee and government. Actively mobilize the masses of village cadres under the jurisdiction of the office, concentrate their strength and time, and quickly set off an upsurge of planting trees and beautifying their homes, forming a good atmosphere for everyone to support and participate in greening.

Second, pay attention to quality, ensure survival, and make every effort to create a green bright spot project.

In the process of afforestation and greening, ensure survival as the highest standard of inspection, adhere to both planting and management, and effectively improve afforestation quality and survival rate. Especially in view of the severe drought in spring this year, in strict accordance with the operating rules and technical requirements of tree planting, we dug pits, planted large seedlings and watered well to ensure that one tree was planted alive and one tree was planted green, and made every effort to create a green bright spot project and take the lead in building an ecological party branch.

Four, strengthen management, implement the responsibility to ensure the smooth implementation of afforestation.

The greening project will be divided into sections, the task will go to the village, the responsibility will go to the people, and the time schedule will be scientifically formulated. Track and supervise the implementation of greening projects throughout the process, schedule the progress of greening work every day, and publicize positive examples. At the same time, the completion of the greening project will be included in the assessment scope of village cadres, and villages and individuals who cannot complete the task will be disqualified from evaluating the first tree. Commend and reward outstanding villages and individuals, and earnestly make everyone green, and every village has projects.
