The Development and Reform Commission of the Autonomous Region recently issued a document requesting that, since the price adjustment involves all customers in Xinjiang, the price difference and subsidized electricity charges caused by the delayed adjustment shall be settled by the power grid enterprises according to the actual price adjustment and the electricity consumption during July 1, 2065438. In principle, the return should be completed before June 65438+February 3 1 this year, and those that cannot be completed due to special reasons must be completed before March 3 1, 2065438.

At the same time, power grid enterprises should further improve the service quality, speed up the transformation progress of direct copying of electric meters to households, take the initiative to take over the power management of power supply units (property communities), and realize all "four households" management by 20 18 12 3 1.

In addition, the document requires further standardization of power transmission charges and cancellation of the original "four households" power transmission fare increase policy in Urumqi and Kuitun.

From July 1 day, 2007, the actual electricity fee paid by residents in Xinjiang (except Karamay) is 0.39 yuan/kWh, and the difference between the sales price of residential electricity catalogue and 0.39 yuan/kWh is subsidized by the autonomous region finance through the same price fund.

Provincial power grid statistics include renewable energy grid-connected power generation projects and grid-connected projects listed in the subsidy catalogue, and apply for subsidy funds. After being audited by the local provincial finance, price and energy authorities, they shall be reported to the Ministry of Finance, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration. The Ministry of Finance will allocate the subsidy funds to the provincial finance department according to the additional income of renewable energy electricity price and the application for subsidy funds by provincial power grid enterprises and local independent power grid enterprises, and the provincial finance department will allocate the funds to provincial power grid enterprises. Finally, the provincial power grid enterprises settle the electricity charges on a monthly basis according to the on-grid electricity price of renewable energy grid-connected power generation projects and the actual on-grid electricity purchased.
