Which district of Dalian does Dalian Haichuang Google belong to?

Now it should be called Dalian High-tech Zone, that is, high-tech industrial park. It originally belonged to Ganjingzi District. Now the High-tech Zone is an experimental zone, which is equivalent to the original Dalian Development Zone. But some government departments still belong to Ganjingzi. It is not clear now, because the high-tech zone is not a formal administrative region, but some relevant government departments have been divided separately.
