My friend is a Singaporean Chinese, and my child goes to primary school in Qingdao MTI International School (Laoshan District). It seems that the annual tuition, miscellaneous fees, shuttle bus fee and lunch fee add up to 1.6 million RMB (more than 20,000 USD/year). The fees charged by international schools are generally similar.
