Property management service standard

Service enterprises are divided into three levels. Different grades provide different services and pay different fees. More than 80% of the property management personnel should hold a property management certificate, and more than 80% of the property management personnel should have a college degree or above.

Grade II property management service level, the property management enterprise shall have the property management qualification certificate of Grade III or above, the property management project manager shall have more than two years of property management experience, more than 70% of the management personnel shall hold the property management employment certificate, and more than 70% of the property management personnel shall have a college degree or above.

The third level of property management service, property management enterprises should have property management qualification certificates, property management enterprises should formulate daily management systems and sign property management service contracts in accordance with the norms, property management project managers should have more than one year of property management experience, and more than 50% of managers should hold property management qualification certificates.
