According to the Measures for the Administration of Property Enterprise Qualification, a property service enterprise with Grade III qualification can undertake the property management business of residential projects below 200,000 square meters \ x0d \ non-residential projects below 10,000 square meters. \x0d\\x0d\ Note: This regulation only requires single projects, that is, residential buildings with a single project of less than 200,000 square meters or non-residential buildings with a single project of less than 50,000 square meters can be undertaken. Property management companies can manage multiple projects without requiring the total area of multiple projects.
