Dalian Property Fee Collection Standard 2023

Dalian property fee collection standards are divided into four standards: Grade I, Grade II, Grade III and Grade IV. Details are as follows:

* The first-class charging standard is 0.75 yuan/month/square meter (including taxes and fees), including basic conditions, closed residential areas, property management service rooms with a total construction area of not less than 3‰, greening rate of more than 35% (including water surface), greening, leisure activity centers, venues 1500 square meters, fixed activity halls of more than 300 square meters, and special purposes.

* The secondary charging standard is 0.50 yuan/month/square meter (including taxes and fees), including basic conditions, closed residential areas, property management service rooms with a total construction area of not less than 3‰, greening rate of more than 35% (including water surface), greening, leisure activity centers, venues 1000 square meters and fixed activity halls of more than 200 square meters.

* The third-level charging standard is 0.35 yuan/month/square meter (including taxes and fees), including basic conditions, closed community, fixed management service room, greening rate of more than 25%, greening leisure activity center, site of more than 500 square meters, fixed activity hall 100 square meter, building visual intercom system, monitoring system, electronic patrol system or other projects.

* The four-level charging standard is 0.35 yuan/month/square meter (including taxes and fees), including basic conditions, basically closed residential areas, fixed management service rooms, simple sports equipment and places.

In addition, for multi-storey residential buildings, the first-level charging standard is 0.75 yuan/month/square meter, the second-level charging standard is 0.50 yuan/month/square meter, the third-level charging standard is 0.35 yuan/month/square meter, and the fourth-level charging standard is 0.35 yuan/month/square meter; For high-rise residential buildings, the first-class charging standard is 1.50 yuan/month/square meter, the second-class charging standard is 1.20 yuan/month/square meter, the third-class charging standard is 1.00 yuan/month/square meter, and the fourth-class charging standard is 0.80 yuan/month/square meter.
