Rest day decoration time regulation

The renovation time is set at eight hours a day. The renovation time stipulated by the state is 8: 00-12: 00 and 14: 00 to 18: 00 on working days. When carrying out indoor decoration activities in residential buildings that have been completed and delivered for use, the operation time should be limited and other effective measures should be taken to reduce and avoid environmental noise pollution to surrounding residents. The property owner shall provide necessary convenience for the adjacent obligee to use water and drain water. The utilization of natural running water should be reasonably distributed among the adjacent owners of real estate. The discharge of natural running water should respect the natural flow direction.

The Measures for the Administration of Residential Interior Decoration stipulates that:

Fifteenth property management units shall inform the decorator and the decoration enterprises entrusted by the decorator of the prohibited acts and matters needing attention in residential interior decoration engineering. ?

Before decorating the house, the decorator should inform the neighbors. ?

Seventeenth property management units shall implement management in accordance with the residential interior decoration management service agreement, and find that the decorators or decoration enterprises have the acts in Article 5 of these Measures, or implement the acts listed in Article 6 of these Measures without the approval of the relevant departments.

Or in violation of the provisions of article seventh, article eighth and article ninth of these measures, it shall immediately stop; If it has caused factual consequences or refuses to correct it, it shall promptly report to the relevant departments for handling according to law. If a decoration person or decoration enterprise violates the residential interior decoration management service agreement, it shall be held liable for breach of contract. ?

Article 29 If a decorator entrusts an enterprise to decorate a residential room, the air quality shall meet the relevant national standards after the renovation project is completed. The decorator can entrust a qualified testing unit to test air quality. If the test is unqualified, the decoration enterprise shall rework, and the responsible person shall bear the corresponding losses.
