There is a smelly river next to Xiba River, and the room layout is not good. The overall environment outside is not good and chaotic, and the level of property management is low. People who need to swipe their cards in and out of the community can feel that there is property management. The beauty salon on the first floor plays dance music with loudspeakers all the year round, and the tea city is very difficult.

Personally, I suggest that Sun AD and the Sun Star City next to it are good considerations.
