8. If the owner entrusts the developer to handle the property right certificate, the developer can collect the deed tax and the house property right registration fee. The amount of agency fee shall be negotiated by both parties. The owner also has the right to refuse the agency.
9. The owner signs the check-in handover form and the house is closed.
