From this, I found that if a property management company does not have its own independent financial department, many processes about capital inflow and outflow are very troublesome and need to be reconciled every month. It cost a lot of manpower. At the same time, efficiency is also affected!

In the end, I worked as an administrative clerk in the administrative department of a property management company for a long time, mainly responsible for employee files, employee social security, and the recording and filing of corresponding documents and files. The work is very complicated, from which I can get in touch with the direct management and understand their management ideas and work style. Let me really get in touch with management, but he's not what I think. When I was at school, I often said that property management is a new industry, and it is a sunrise industry in 2 1 century. At that time, I was full of confidence in my future career, but when I really came into contact with this industry, I was very disappointed! I feel that the development of property management in the mainland is still very lacking. In the eyes of most ordinary people, I think property management is to collect some fees, do some cleaning, and arrange several security guards to watch the gate. They also think that the property management fee of 1 yuan in January is too expensive. The situation of arrears is very common, especially the pool of utilities is a big problem, which is also a common situation in Chongqing at present. Many property management companies are supported by real estate companies! Not to mention any profit!
