I bought a house in China Resources Yuefu (also known as Happiness Lane) developed by China Resources Land, with a floor area of more than 230 square meters and more than 20,000 square meters per square meter. When buying a house, the salesperson said: This is a luxury house built for successful people, and it is a luxury decoration room. The decoration standard is 6000 yuan per square meter.

The house was delivered at the end of June 20 13. On September 26 of that year, because furniture entered the house, we found that there were many broken lines on the marble floor, so we wrote letters to developers and property on the same day. After consulting with Mr. Gao and Mr. Wang, the customer service managers of China Resources Land, the developer only agreed to replace the damaged part, and said that because it was not a batch, the color was definitely different, which was just like patching new clothes, which we could not accept. We proposed a solution of either replacing the whole or paying for it, but it was rejected.

Later, I complained to the TV station 123 15 before 3. 15, and the binhu district industrial and commercial bureau called back and said that they had no right to solve the problem. The TV station took the video but didn't play it, and then complained to the Binhu Construction Quality Supervision Station. Chen, the stationmaster, said that this property was declared as an embryonic house, but it was actually finely decorated, which evaded quality inspection in decoration. Said to accept the complaint, but almost a month passed and there was no reply.
