Effectiveness of self-sustaining real estate sales contract

Self-sustaining property sales contracts have three effects.

1, the validity of the preliminary property service contract signed by the real estate development enterprise. Before the establishment of the owners' committee, the property service contract signed by the real estate development enterprise and the property management enterprise is binding on the owners.

2, the property service contract can be agreed, however, before the expiration of the term, the property service contract signed by the owners' committee and the property management enterprise takes effect, and the previous property service contract is terminated.

3. The effectiveness of the property service contract signed by the owners' committee. The property service contract signed by the owners' committee and the property management enterprise according to the decision of the owners' congress is binding on all owners.
