1. First of all, according to the contract, the developer sends the occupancy notice to the buyer or informs the buyer to collect the notice at the agreed place, and the buyer contacts the house expropriation department or the property management office with the occupancy notice at the agreed time.

2. Secondly, the developer and the property lead the buyers to conduct on-site survey of the purchased houses, check the equipment and facilities, and record the results on the house acceptance handover form.

3. Finally, if the acceptance is qualified, the buyer needs to sign the house acceptance handover form, get the house key, pay the relevant fees and go through the check-in formalities. If the acceptance is unqualified, the buyer shall specify the problem on the handover form, and may refuse to accept the house according to the specific situation, or handle the check-in first after agreeing with the developer for maintenance.
