Huilongguan or Tiantongyuan, which is more attractive?

Huilongguan and Tiantongyuan are two large communities in Beijing, located between the Fifth Ring Road and the Sixth Ring Road in Beijing. Huilongguan is located in the north of Beijing, with Deshengmen in the south, Changping District in the north and Tiantongyuan in the east.

Huilongguan was originally a farmland, but after years of construction, it has already developed into a mature community. Now the sixth phase of Huilongguan Community is also under construction. If completed, it will form a larger community. Now Huilongguan is no longer a deserted village, replaced by high-rise buildings, criss-crossing roads and people coming and going.

To the north of Tiantongyuan is the Olympic Sports Center, which is only 3 kilometers away from the Olympic Forest Park. Tiantongyuan is Badaling in the west and Beijing Expressway in the east. There are several bus lines on Metro Line 5 13, which can be said that the traffic in Tiantongyuan is very developed.

Tiantongyuan community covers an area of 8 square kilometers, about 6 million square meters. Including commercial squares, department stores, Decathlon supermarkets and other large commercial complexes. Tiantongyuan has a population of more than 600,000, with a green area accounting for 36% and an affordable housing area of about 350,000 square meters. So now Tiantongyuan is a comprehensive commercial community integrating business, residence, leisure and entertainment.

So in terms of area, floor-area ratio Huilongguan in Tiantongyuan is much bigger. Moreover, compared with comprehensiveness, Tiantongyuan is more entertaining than Huilongguan. Of course, these two communities have their own advantages. Huilongguan tends to be cultural, while Tiantongyuan tends to be residential, which I find very attractive.

These two communities were built at the call of the Beijing government, because the Beijing government called for the construction of affordable communities to solve the pressure of many people without housing. Therefore, the construction of these two communities has also eased the embarrassment that many Beijing locals can't afford to buy houses.
