Handling process of hazardous waste business license:

1. The transportation of hazardous waste refers to the process of moving from the place where hazardous waste is produced to the place where it is treated or disposed. The transportation of hazardous waste needs to select suitable containers, determine the loading mode, select the appropriate transportation mode, determine the reasonable transportation route, and formulate remedial measures for leakage or temporary accidents.

Transport personnel should be specially trained, equipped with necessary protective tools, and familiar with emergency treatment measures for emergencies.

5. The actor provides or entrusts others to collect, store, utilize and dispose of hazardous waste without or beyond the business license, which seriously pollutes the environment;

6, illegal discharge, dumping and disposal of hazardous waste more than three tons.
