Things once treasured, gadgets, books, CDs, pens, household items, scattered, lost, thrown away, things that can't be put down, feelings that can't be put down, and people that can't be put down are all forgotten. My state of mind has also changed greatly, from bitter to calm and relieved. A lot of things are gone. Maybe he is a little black sheep. But on the contrary, I live an easy life.

I find that there are very few things I really need. No matter how expensive skin care products are, they will be gone. Just change the baby cream. I don't know where my favorite book is, but if I can't read it, I will find an e-book on my mobile phone and read it with relish. I gave up my favorite clothes. It doesn't matter. There are dozens of replaceable clothes in the cupboard. For some people, what about dozens or even hundreds of pairs of shoes? Everyone loves it, but you are not a centipede, you only have one pair of feet.

My feet are afraid of cold. I used to like buying socks. I didn't know there were hundreds of pairs of socks I bought it when I saw it. What happened afterwards? I found that a pair of socks can be worn for a long time, and it is not bad to buy another pair if it is worn out and lost. Two or three pairs of shoes and socks are enough.

That day, the residential property company cleaned up the debris accumulated by the top floor residents. Moved out of the old antiques that every household has not used for more than ten years. Broken cabinets, shoes, old magazines, my childhood textbooks and books, all kinds of treasures collected in primary schools, small stones, commemorative coins, bullet casings, beautiful flower ropes ... have all been cleared out, and there are still things that have not been touched for more than ten years. Do you think they are useful?

Think again. How many things do we really need in our family and life? When I buy it back, I don't like to eat raw and spoiled food ... I have to ask myself on my way home from work every day, do you want to buy this, buy that and take a lot back.

Look at yourself, a small belly and a pile of meat. What's in your stomach? I ate staple food, non-staple food, non-staple food, snacks, fruits, tea, coffee and drinks in one gulp, but it was still not enough. I ate some potato chips, melon seeds and candy, and finally the food overflowed from my throat, and my stomach was full of indigestion, and then I had to take medicine.

When we examine our brains, how much useless information, old news, memories, prejudices and cliches there are. Constantly replaying past tragic experiences, revisiting negative emotions repeatedly, and clinging to emotional stories that have already ended. ...

Are these really what we need?

In the first few years of working, I was a little depressed. Often in a dazzling array of supermarkets and shopping malls, looking around, at a loss. I asked myself, "What do I want?" This sentence swirled in my mind, and then I found that I didn't want anything, and nothing could be filled in the emptiness in my heart.

Go to the movies, read books, make friends, fall in love, study and upgrade, go shopping and travel … No matter who, what and what, nothing can fill the black hole in my heart.

Now, I finally understand that I don't lack anything! What I really need is a grateful heart. I just need to learn to say, "Praise God!"
