Article 95 If, in violation of the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 16 of these regulations, the subdistrict office or township people's government fails to set up the preparatory group for the owners' meeting within the specified time after receiving the written report on the preparations for the first owners' meeting, the people's government at the county level shall order it to make corrections within a time limit; If no correction is made within the time limit, the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be punished according to law.

Article 96 If a professional business unit violates the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 55 of these regulations and refuses to undertake the responsibility of maintenance, conservation or renewal, the department exercising the power of supervision and management of the people's government at or above the county level shall order it to make corrections within a time limit, and if losses are caused to the owners, it shall be liable for compensation according to law.

Ninety-seventh in violation of the provisions of the first and fourth paragraphs of article sixty-third, the property service enterprise fails to withdraw or withdraws without authorization, and the property management administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level shall order it to make corrections within a time limit; If no correction is made within the time limit, the property management administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level shall impose a fine of more than 50,000 yuan100,000 yuan.

Second, the scope of property management
