In order to ensure the engineering quality and make the system achieve the expected purpose, the following problems should be paid attention to in the installation process.

1, it is not advisable to set tuyeres for external walls with pollution sources or obstacles nearby. Obstacles that are too close to the tuyere will affect the air intake or exhaust, thus increasing the resistance of the system, reducing the air volume of the system, and even forming a cycle of air intake and exhaust. The air outlet of the floor should not be set in the atrium, otherwise the noise from the air outlet will oscillate in the atrium and cause echo.

2. Because the louver tuyere of the external wall is in direct contact with the outdoor environment, it is often eroded by rain and snow, so the prevention of these unfavorable factors should be considered during installation. The air duct plate shall be made of corrosion-resistant galvanized steel plate or non-metallic material.

3. In order to avoid condensation due to excessive temperature difference between indoor and outdoor in cold season, it is necessary to conduct insulation treatment on indoor air duct within 2m from the louver outlet of the external wall. Considering the snow, the height of the external wall tuyere must be higher than the thickest layer of snow to avoid blocking the tuyere.

4. Regarding the selection of the external wall tuyere, the wind speed through the exhaust port should be no more than 4m/s, and the wind speed at the entrance should be no more than 3m/s; Choose a product that is beautiful and rain-proof, and has a large effective area. Small tuyere size and insufficient effective area will reduce the air volume and increase the system noise.
