How to get to Tianjin Chen Ying Building by bus from Tianjin Institute of Urban Construction?

Take bus No.862 at Urban Construction College and get off at Arc de Triomphe Station, then transfer to bus No.803 and get off at Ligonglou Station. This route should be the shortest route with the least number of stops. (About 25 stops)

I simply calculated that the route on the first floor will take about 35 stops.

Look at the general location of the map, the red A is Chen Ying Building, and the location of the bus stop is not accurate. It should be opposite Tiancheng Building. Just a few steps before you get off the bus, and Jiangxi Building is next to it.
