A trip to Zhenjiang

Many people's understanding of Zhenjiang probably started with The Legend of the White Snake.

Shamefully, in the past many years, I didn't know that Jinshan Temple was in Zhenjiang. The TV series The Legend of the New White Snake was also watched as a child. I don't remember whether this knowledge point was mentioned in it.

My love for Zhenjiang was originally because of a folk song.

As a shallow young woman in literature and art, I like listening to the songs of my sister's band. The melody of the song "Going Home" hides the most beautiful appearance of Zhenjiang.

On the way to Zhenjiang, this song has been circulating in my mobile phone. I think the so-called "follow the music" is probably in this state.

Zhenjiang is located at the intersection of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and the Yangtze River, and "swallowing heaven and spitting earth" is its innate weather.

The unique geographical location endows it with the magnificent mind of bearing rivers and mountains, and also makes it stand out from the gentle villages in the south of the Yangtze River, cultivating its heroic spirit of unswervingly guarding mountains and rivers.

Zhenjiang has been a battleground for military strategists since ancient times. How many times has it witnessed the change of kingship?

There have been countless fierce battles here in history, which attracted the infinite feelings of literati. The most famous one should be Xin Qiji's "Nanxiangzi" written in the North Drum Tower-how many things rise and fall through the ages? The Yangtze River stretches as far as the eye can see.

Born in peacetime, facing the rushing river, I don't have much sense of ups and downs, only a kind of sadness of "the dead are gone, staying up all night".

Gu Bei Building, also known as Gu Beiting, is located in Gu Bei, Zhenjiang. "Three Mountains and One Crossing" is the most famous scenic spot in Zhenjiang, and Beigushan is one of the "three mountains".

Beigushan is the first scenic spot we officially visited in Zhenjiang. The pattern of scenic spots is slightly strange, which is divided into two parts: parks and scenic spots. Among them, Beigushan Park is free, suitable for local people's leisure and fitness, but there is nothing to visit.

After walking around, I felt that it was not quite right, so I asked a few people nearby to help us point out the location of the entrance to the scenic spot, and we still need to walk some distance.

After many twists and turns, I finally came to the interior of the scenic spot. At first sight, I was very happy. For history lovers, every step here has a story.

Along the desolate Wudong Ancient Road, walk into Kanluoji where Liu Bei married and feel the hegemony of the Three Kingdoms. Cheating, plotting, being immersed in love, and troubled times are all around.

Kanluoji was naturally rebuilt by later generations, but the famous Song Dynasty iron tower is still preserved in this temple.

1960, when the government repaired the iron tower, the underground palace was found at the tower foundation three and a half feet away. There are 700 relics in the stone letters in the underground palace, of which 1 1 was confirmed as the Buddha of Sakyamuni.

From the moment I saw the above introduction, I felt that it should be the Buddha's deep love for Zhenjiang.

Go along the direction of the river, and you will see the famous Gu Bei Building.

Once upon a time, it was called "Gu Bei", until Liang Wudi boarded it in the Six Dynasties, which not only wrote down the glory of "the best in the world" with a stroke of a pen, but also changed its name to the more masculine "Gu Bei Building".

In the field of history and culture, the North Drum Tower is second only to the Yellow Crane Tower in Wuhan, ranking second in the world. Numerous literati have left magnificent poems here, making Zhenjiang a city living in poetry.

Among them, Xin Qiji's sentence "Where to see China?" Still the most popular. Feng Guang Gu Bei Tower with eyes full of eyes ". Suddenly I feel that Xin Qiji's temperament is similar to that of the North Drum Tower! Wen Tao's military strategy, a generation of heroes, overlooks the world and is rarely matched.

There is also the tomb of Taishi Ci, a famous Soochow player, and the tomb of Lu Su, another important figure under Sun Quan. Among them, the tomb of Lu Su has been clearly erected by later generations. As for whether Taishi Ci is really buried in Beigushan, there are still some disputes in academic circles.

In fact, for tourists, whether it is true or not is not that important. It is also a good idea for future generations to leave the heroes of two companies in the Three Kingdoms in the same scenic spot.

When I visited the scenic spot of Beigushan, I made another unexpected discovery, even a surprise. Because, I saw a name I haven't heard for many years here-Abe Middle Road. If I hadn't seen it this time, I would have forgotten.

I believe that friends who like history as students will have some impressions of this name. He was an overseas student sent to the Tang Dynasty in Nara, Japan. He is not only a high school scholar but also an official. He was an outstanding emissary of Sino-Japanese cultural exchange, and finally died in the Tang Dynasty.

The monument of Abe Zhongma Road in Beigushan Scenic Area makes me respect the culture of Zhenjiang. The city's heritage and weight in the field of history and humanities are much heavier than I expected.

Xijindu, known as the "cultural context" of Zhenjiang, is the most complete and well-preserved area of Zhenjiang's cultural relics.

Xijindu in history is an important ferry of the Yangtze River. According to historical records, Kyle Polo, a famous traveler in Yuan Dynasty, landed in Xijindu when he came to China.

After the Qing Dynasty, due to the northward movement of the riverbank, the ferry gradually moved down, and the former ancient ferry in the Western Jin Dynasty was more than 300 meters away from the riverbank of the Yangtze River.

Although the ferry function has long been abandoned, its architectural features are as well preserved as "living fossils". Now Xijindu has become the most famous historical and cultural block in Zhenjiang.

Walking in Xijindu, you will feel the traces of time flowing. Perhaps it is deeply influenced by the ferry culture. The architectural style here is not closed in a certain period of history, but has a distinct development and change.

From Ming and Qing dynasties to the Republic of China, from classical to western, from traditional to modern, Chinese and western, ancient and modern blend. Without deliberate modification and change, the figure whizzing by the years is still intact in the ancient street.

There is a very special scenery on Xijindu-"Looking at the Millennium at a glance".

This is probably a historical relic excavated during the construction of the scenic spot. The pavements of different dynasties have sunk layer by layer due to the passage of time, and the old roads have been covered by new roads, and finally buried under the soil, which has been preserved to this day.

In fact, not only this relic, but the whole Xijindu block is a true portrayal of "seeing the Millennium at a glance". Han, a female writer in China, was quoted as saying: "Walking on this quaint and elegant ancient street is like walking in a natural history museum."
