What are the main control items of lighting distribution box?

Main control items of lighting distribution box:

1, cabinets, screens, tables, boxes, plates, metal frames and foundation steel must be reliably grounded (PE) or grounded (Pen); For openable doors with electrical appliances, bare copper wire should be connected between the door and the grounding terminal of the door frame and marked.

2. Complete sets of low-voltage power distribution cabinets, control cabinets (screens, tables) and power and lighting distribution boxes (panels) shall have reliable electric shock protection. Protective conductors in cabinets (panels, tables, boxes and panels) shall have exposed terminals for connecting external protective conductors. When there is no requirement in the design, the minimum cross-sectional area Sp of the protective conductor in the cabinet (panel, table, box and panel) shall not be less than that specified in Table 2.

3, handcart, draw-out complete sets of power distribution cabinets should be flexible, no jam collision phenomenon. The center lines of the moving contact and the static contact should be consistent, and the contacts should be in close contact. When put into operation, the grounding contact should contact before the main contact; When exiting, the grounding contact is disconnected from the main contact.

4. A complete set of high-voltage distribution cabinets must be handed over in accordance with relevant specifications and meet the following requirements:

(1) The relay protection elements, logic elements, transmitters, control computers and other monomers have passed the calibration, the whole set of test actions are correct, and the setting parameters meet the design requirements;

(2) All new high-voltage electrical equipment and relay protection devices approved by legal procedures and put into use in the market shall be handed over and tested according to the requirements of product technical documents.

5. The complete handover test of low-voltage distribution cabinet must comply with relevant specifications.

6. The insulation resistance of cabinets, screens, platforms, boxes, screens and lines to ground, the feeder line must be greater than 0.5MΩ, and the secondary circuit must be greater than1mΩ.

7. AC power frequency withstand voltage test of secondary circuit between cabinet, screen, desk, box and panel. When the insulation resistance value is greater than10mΩ, shake 1min with a 2500V megohmmeter, and there should be no flashover and breakdown; When the insulation resistance value is1~100Ω, do 1000V AC power frequency withstand voltage test 1min, and there should be no flashover breakdown.

8. During the DC screen test, the electronic devices in the screen should exit the line, the insulation resistance between the main loop line and the ground should be greater than 0.5MΩ, and the charging and discharging of the battery attached to the DC screen should meet the requirements of the product technical documents; The control adjustment and output characteristic test of rectifier should meet the requirements of product technical documents.

9, lighting distribution box (plate) installation shall meet the following requirements:

(1) boxes (panels) are neatly wired without splicing. The wires are tightly connected, which will not damage the core wire or break the stranded wire. The cross-sectional area of the wires pressed on both sides of the screw under the washer is the same, and no more than two wires are connected to the same terminal, and check washer and other parts are complete;

(2) The switch in the box (panel) is flexible and reliable, with a leakage protection circuit. The action current of the leakage protection device is not more than 30mA, and the action time is not more than 0.1s.

(3) A neutral wire (N) and a protective ground wire (PE) bus bar are respectively arranged in the lighting box (panel), and the neutral wire and the protective ground wire are distributed through the bus bar.
