Is Beijiao Kechuang High-tech Incubator a State-owned Enterprise?

It is a cooperative project between state-owned enterprises and private enterprises.

Beijiao Kechuang Hi-tech Incubator is an innovative incubator focusing on incubating new energy-saving technology enterprises. The incubator is jointly built by Beijiao Kechuang Hi-Tech Incubator (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and Beijing Coking Chemical Plant under Beijing Gas Group, with a total operating area of 26,000 m2, including 5,000 m2 of creative space and 2 1000 m2 of accelerated incubation area.

After one year's operation, the incubator has been awarded the titles of Zhongguancun High-tech Enterprise, Chaoyang Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Training Base, member of Capital Youth Innovation Alliance, the first governing unit of Chaoyang Science and Technology Business Incubator Alliance, and University of Science and Technology Beijing Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base.

In addition, there is a difference between an incubator and a second landlord, which is common sense. The second landlord only sublets the property, and the incubator supports the entrepreneurial enterprises according to the government-led entrepreneurial direction, including industrial support, marketing, investment and financing and other related services. The purpose is to accelerate the growth of incubating enterprises and promote the coordinated development of industries.
