How can the property service be good?

I think it's ok, at least I'm doing well at Ningyue House in Ningbo where I live. Whenever there is any problem, the property manager will help our owners solve it at the first time, and will also engage in community activities to contact the feelings between the neighbors. Sanitation is also done well, there is basically no garbage on the ground, and the cleaning staff cleans it at any time.
