3.3 Import and export procedures for delivery of foreign factories and vehicles

3.3. 1 When foreign manufacturers deliver goods to our factory, first open a small door for their personnel to come in and fill in the visit registration, notify the receiving department after exchanging documents, and record the license plate number, driver's name and the number of people accompanying the vehicle;

3.3.2 After the initial delivery is registered by the manufacturer, the security guard will take it directly to the receiving department;

3.3.3 When leaving the factory, the manufacturer must show and take back the release form issued by the relevant person in charge, and carefully inspect the vehicle. If goods are taken out, the release form must be signed by the person in charge, and the vehicle number, the number of people accompanying the vehicle and the goods can be released only after they are correct when they enter the factory.

3.3.4 Vehicles, containers or transport vehicles delivered by the manufacturer shall be parked in the designated loading and unloading area.

3.4 Delivery Supervision Procedure

3.4. 1 The truck must go through security inspection before entering the factory, with license plate number and driver's name, etc. It will be registered, and the relevant departments will be notified to confirm before issuing the visitor card, and then the doorman will bring it into the factory and park it in the temporary storage area, and the doorman will supervise it.

3.4.2 After the warehouse supervisor and the doorman guide the truck into the loading and unloading area, the driver will open the door;

3.5.3 When employees leave the factory or go out to work for leave, they should receive the release form and leave form, and pay attention to whether there is the signature of the person in charge and make records. If there is any error between the employee's access time and the release time, it should be recorded and reported to the superior for handling;

3.5.4 Any dismissed or dismissed employee who wants to receive salary should wait in the security room, and the security guard will inform the accountant to provide food in the security room.
