Property service enterprises should adopt forms and methods that are easy for owners to understand, and the publicity content should be true, accurate, complete and clear. The realty service enterprise shall also promptly inform the owners of the following contents: the time, place and agenda of the owners' meeting, the list of members of the owners' committee, the name, work unit, office address and contact telephone number of the person in charge of the realty service enterprise. Property service content refers to the specific services provided by property service enterprises to owners, such as cleaning, security and greening. Property service fee and its calculation method refer to the fee that the owner needs to pay and its calculation method. The collection and use of maintenance projects and maintenance funds that have been implemented or planned refers to the maintenance and conservation of facilities and equipment that have been built or planned by property service enterprises in the community, as well as the source and use of maintenance funds. The maintenance of public parts and facilities refers to the daily maintenance and repair of public parts and facilities in residential areas by property service enterprises.
