Basis: Article 7 Basic duties of urban construction supervision team:

(a) the implementation of urban planning supervision. According to the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Urban and Rural Planning Law" and related laws and regulations, supervise the construction land and construction behavior in the urban planning area;

(two) the implementation of city municipal engineering facilities supervision. According to the "Regulations on Urban Road Management" and relevant laws, regulations and rules, supervise the illegal acts of occupying and excavating urban roads and damaging urban roads, bridges and culverts, drainage facilities and flood control dams;

(three) the implementation of urban public utilities supervision. According to the Regulations on Urban Water Supply and relevant laws, regulations and rules, supervise the illegal acts that endanger and damage urban water supply, gas supply, heating and public transport facilities, and supervise the illegal acts of urban passenger transport operation, gas supply safety, development, utilization and protection of groundwater resources in urban planning areas, and urban water conservation;

(four) the implementation of city appearance and environmental sanitation supervision. According to the "Regulations on the Administration of City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation" and relevant laws, regulations and rules, supervise the illegal acts that damage environmental sanitation facilities and affect city appearance and environmental sanitation;

(five) the implementation of urban landscaping supervision. According to the "Regulations on Urban Greening" and relevant laws, regulations and rules, supervise the illegal acts of destroying urban green space, flowers and trees, landscaping facilities and cutting down trees;

(six) within the scope of entrustment, the implementation of administrative punishment in the name of the entrusted administrative organ.
