First, the cultural level of property personnel is not high.

Generally speaking, young guys don't want to work in property companies because there are too many things and then they don't make money. Naturally, this kind of thing will fall on older people. We all know that they are uneducated, may be outspoken, are not good at solving things, and can't communicate effectively with the owners when they encounter problems. The way they said it was unacceptable to us. We don't have a strong sense of service and responsibility to the owners. Another point is that the property management company did not give them training. Even if they do, their reception ability is limited. So sometimes it's normal for us to look at them a little. In fact, these people are generally good people, but they are all knives. We can't say how highly educated we are, but at least we are much better than them, so this is the main source of contradiction.

Second, the position is reversed.

There are many property companies that have this situation. They think that the owners are coming to work with them, so they have a feeling of being above others. In fact, this did not put them in the right position. The property serves the owner. They belong to the service industry. Like some property companies, they force owners to do something, just like adults do to children. This is definitely unacceptable to the owners. They have worked so hard to buy a house, and they still suffer from this kind of anger!

Therefore, as a property management company, we should improve our service, improve the quality of personnel, put our position in order, and strive to satisfy every owner.
