Where is an open library in Guigang?

I know, it seems that it is not what you think. Many people will go to Xinhua Bookstore in the department store to read books, but there is no place for you to have a good look, and there will be administrators coming from time to time ~ you know' ~ Besides, many other small bookstores are not easy to read, small and crowded, and they are "monopoly" stores! Comparatively speaking, I'd better go to Xinhua Bookstore. At least the floor there is clean, and many people don't care about reading in other places ~ We once spent a summer vacation like this!
