What is the first phase of Shenzhen Zhongzhou Binhai Huafu?

Zhongzhou Bay is located at the intersection of Shangsha Avenue and Shangsha Coconut Tree Road. The project is adjacent to mangrove nature reserve in the south, golf course and Futian complex in the north, and coastal leisure belt in Shenzhen Bay in the west.
