Residential parking fee charging standard

Legal Analysis: The highest charging standard for ground parking service in residential property management area is 70 yuan per vehicle per month. Temporary social vehicles are not charged in the first hour, and those exceeding 1 hour are charged at 2 yuan/hour (those less than 1 hour are charged at 1 hour), and the maximum charge is 10 yuan every day (within 24 hours).

Legal basis: Article 54 of the Regulations on Property Management in People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that those who use the parts and facilities of the property to conduct business shall go through relevant procedures in accordance with the provisions after obtaining the consent of the relevant owners, owners' congress and property management enterprises.
