What are the current forms of property management?

Nowadays, property companies are generally divided into four categories: subsidiaries of developers, independent property companies, property management offices (centers) affiliated to a property company and unqualified illegal property companies.

The newly promulgated Property Law stipulates that the owner can manage the property by himself or entrust the property company to manage it.
