The first step is to determine whether the overall power outage or only your home power outage. If it is night, you can look around the house and see if everyone's lights are out. If it's daytime, you can call your neighbors to see if there is a power outage in other people's homes. Or, if you have a circuit breaker master switch at home, see if it has jumped to the off position. If there is a fuse on the main line, pull out the fuse holder and remove the fuse. Use the switch table to test whether the fuse is normal. Touch both ends of the fuse with two probes respectively. If the light is on, the fuse is good.
