The development cost is estimated preliminarily. Due to the high development cost, Weifang Zhongcheng Real Estate abandoned the plan to continue development. In 2020, the housing expropriation plan on state-owned land announced by Kuiwen District did not include this lot in the demolition and shantytown renovation plan.
