To which government department does the property company apply for qualification?

1. Apply for industrial and commercial business license and handle related matters: organization code certificate and tax registration certificate.

2. Prepare five intermediate title certificates (including accountant certificate 1 copy, i.e. certificate of financial controller and engineer 1 copy, i.e. the original of the project leader and the property management department, and keep copies), employee labor contracts, declaration forms and other documents required to apply for zero-time difference qualification, i.e. three-level (provisional) certificates, which are valid for one year.

Since the property has not been taken over at this time, the procedure is relatively simple and it is easy to get the certificate.
