Second, property management fees have been collected since the property management company took over the building. Before the house is officially delivered to the owner, the developer pays the property management fee. The property management fee shall be paid by the owner from the date when the developer informs the owner to repossess the building.

1. If the owner fails to deliver the house due to building quality problems or other problems recognized by the developer, the property fee between the overdue days shall be paid by the developer.

2. If the house is not closed on time due to the owner's own problems, the property fee will still be calculated from the date when the developer notifies the house to be closed.

3. After the developer announces the repossession date, the developer will pay the property fee of the unsold house until the house is sold and the owner gets the key.
