Introduction of Dongfeng Sunshine City Phase IV

Dongfeng Sunshine City Phase IV is located in Checheng West Road, Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, which is located in the core residential area of the development zone. The total area of the project is about 600,000 square meters (800 mu), and the total construction scale exceeds 670,000 square meters. It is a rare large-scale low-density community in the development zone. Since 2003, after seven years of development, the project has been developed in three phases, with a development area of over 400,000 square meters. Up to now, there are more than 2,200 owners, which is the largest and most mature community in the development zone.
