The 30th executive meeting of the provincial government decided to cancel and adjust 37 items of administrative examination and approval, and announced the Catalogue of Provincial Administrative Examination and Approval Items in Heilongjiang Province and the Catalogue of Provincial Preliminary Examination and Administrative Examination and Approval Items Entrusted by the State.

All localities and departments should pay close attention to the implementation and convergence of cancellation and adjustment of administrative examination and approval items, earnestly strengthen post-event supervision, and do a good job in cleaning up relevant local laws, government regulations and normative documents. For cities and counties that cancel the examination and approval for more than two times, the preliminary examination will no longer be carried out, and the preliminary examination will be suspended according to the regulations of the State Council departments, and the preliminary examination will be cancelled according to the regulations and documents of the provincial government; The first trial at the provincial level is changed to the first trial. Items outside the catalogue are no longer approved, and the approval process for items inside the catalogue is further standardized. All localities and departments should continue to vigorously promote the reform of the administrative examination and approval system, so as to make decentralization a continuous reform action.
