Brief Introduction of Passenger Service Promotion Committee of Capital Airport

Capital Airport has been adhering to the service concept of providing seamless and perfect travel experience and satisfactory service for passengers. Therefore, in order to strengthen the coordination among the resident service units of the Capital Airport and establish an overall linkage mechanism for service improvement, the Passenger Service Promotion Committee of the Capital Airport was established on July 27th, 2004, initiated by Capital Airport Co., Ltd. and jointly with 12 resident units. After nearly five years of development, the number of member units of the Passenger Service Promotion Committee has grown to 28, covering almost every guarantee unit in the whole service chain, such as passengers leaving home, arriving at the airport, going through formalities and finally boarding the plane.
