Community parking fees can be refunded.

According to the "Property Management Regulations", property service enterprises should provide parking space services in accordance with the contract and charge corresponding parking fees. If the owner or lessee no longer needs the parking space or the right to use the parking space changes, he may apply to the property service enterprise for refund of the parking fee. The realty service enterprise shall refund the fees in accordance with the agreed refund methods and standards.
