Nanchang South China City Introduction

Nanchang South China City is located in Honggutan New District of Nanchang City, south of the lead of Misheng Bridge, east of National Highway 320 connecting the west outer ring, north of West Railway Station and west of Zhang Chang Expressway. The planned total construction area of the project is 4.28 million square meters, and the planned total investment exceeds 654.38+000 billion yuan, which is listed as a key project in Jiangxi Province. Nanchang South China City is mainly composed of four functional areas: logistics trading square, warehousing and distribution, comprehensive commerce, commercial and residential area and living supporting area, including textile and clothing, leather goods, chemical plastics, hardware tools and mechanical and electrical accessories, and provides logistics storage facilities including bonded warehouses, supervised warehouses and ordinary warehouses.
